Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Site Supervisor / Site Engineer to oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, project timelines, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor workforce productivity and ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.
- Prepare daily progress reports and submit updates to management.
- Conduct site measurements and verify contractor bills.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.
- Identify and resolve technical issues arising at the site.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at the site.
- Maintain site records, work progress reports, and documentation.
- Inspect completed work and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the construction site.
- Attend site meetings and provide technical support to the project team.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
