About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth in the field of Machine Manufacturing, Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), and Industrial Automation Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Engage with OEMs, End Users, and EPC customers to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct techno-commercial discussions and prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Coordinate with application, design, and service teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Support negotiations, sales closures, and contract finalization.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and business plans for management review.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of B2B Industrial Sales and Business Development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand customer applications and provide value-driven solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within Machine Manufacturing, SPMs, Industrial Automation, or Engineering Industries.
- Experience in handling OEMs, Project Sales, or Solution-Based Selling will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
