PLC Programmer- Beckoff or Mitsubishi- Min Exp 4-5 years

Working as a Control Systems Engineer you will:
- Develop, modify, and test PLC programs based on project specifications and functional design documents.
- Work on programming platforms such as Beckhoff TwinCAT3 OR Mitsubishi.
- Design and implement control logic, interlocks, and sequencing for automated machines and production lines.
- Develop and configure HMI/SCADA applications for operator interfaces, alarms, and process monitoring.
- Conduct I/O checks, simulation testing, and debugging during the development and commissioning phases.
- Perform on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning of PLC and HMI programs during system installation.
- Ensure integration between PLCs, sensors, drives, and robotic systems is seamless and reliable.
- Prepare technical documentation, including logic diagrams, test reports, manuals, and change records.
- Coordinate with the mechanical, robotics, and process teams to ensure smooth integration of automation systems.
- IP network design and configuration.
- Perform In-House test and site commissioning under formal client witnessed conditions.
To be successful, we're looking for:
- Strong PLC / controls background ideally working the full lifecycle of a project from conceptual design all the way through to commissioning on site.
- Experienced working with Beckhoff TwinCAT PLC OR Mitsubishi GxWorks PLC programming experience.
- Use of CAD (i.e., E-Plan) and experience producing documents above.
- The ability to fault find and modify code.
- A Time served apprenticeship or relevant engineering qualification.
- Previous experience workings as part of a team to design, implement and test control/integrated systems.
- Understanding electrical control circuits, sensors, actuators, and motor drives (VFDs/servos).
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel for on-site installation and commissioning.
- Candidates having US Visa would be preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
