Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Financial Assistant, located at our Mumbai office. The Financial Assistant will perform various financial and administrative tasks, including preparing and processing invoices, assisting in maintaining accounting records, preparing financial reports, and handling daily transactions. The role also involves collaborating with different departments to ensure accurate financial documentation and providing support in audits and compliance activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and conducting financial analysis
- Proficiency in Finance and Accounting practices, including maintaining records and preparing reports
- Experience and attention to detail in Invoicing and transaction processing
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as spreadsheets and accounting software
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Certified courses in financial management or accounting are a plus
