Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations
- Assist in daily HR activities and administrative functions.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Support employee onboarding, joining formalities, and induction processes.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and requirements.
Recruitment Support
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
Attendance & Documentation
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and employee MIS.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of employee records.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports using MS Excel.
- Maintain employee databases and generate reports using Excel functions.
- Analyze and organize HR data for management review.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including:
- VLOOKUP
- HLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Basic Data Analysis
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and administration.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with basic HR knowledge and strong Excel skills will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
