Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, qualified Hindi Teacher for a CBSE-affiliated school in Liluah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Hindi language and literature to primary/middle school students, fostering strong communication skills, and delivering structured lessons aligned with CBSE guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Teach Hindi grammar, reading comprehension, writing, and literature effectively.
- Assess and monitor student academic progress through regular tests, assignments, and class participation.
- Maintain classroom discipline and cultivate a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Organize Hindi literary activities, debates, recitation, and cultural events.
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings (PTMs), and school functions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi (B.A. in Hindi) or relevant field; B.Ed / D.El.Ed is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE or English-medium school.
- Skills:
- Strong command over written and spoken Hindi.
- Basic proficiency in English/Bengali for effective communication within the school.
- Good classroom management and student engagement techniques.
- Location: Candidates residing in or near Liluah, Belur, Bally, or Howrah will be given preference.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
