Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and target-oriented Sales Executive to strengthen our Sales & Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, promoting travel and event solutions, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
- Generate new business opportunities through corporate visits, client meetings, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Promote Domestic & International Tour Packages, Corporate Travel, Event Management, Hotel Bookings, and Car Rental Services.
- Identify potential clients and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
- Prepare professional quotations, proposals, presentations, and travel packages based on client requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets established by the management.
Client Relationship Management
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel itineraries, destinations, accommodation, transportation, and event solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, proposals, bookings, and customer feedback.
- Handle customer complaints, service issues, cancellations, and refund requests professionally.
Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, tour operators, transport vendors, and event partners to ensure smooth execution of services.
- Work closely with the Operations and Accounts teams for timely bookings, documentation, and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery throughout the customer journey.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, quotations, bookings, payments, and sales activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and business performance updates.
- Maintain customer information using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Market Development
- Participate in travel exhibitions, corporate networking events, tourism fairs, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Develop new business partnerships with hotels, travel partners, transport providers, and corporate organizations.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Travel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related discipline.
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Tourism Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Event Management, or Car Rental industry.
- Experience as a Travel Consultant, Travel Advisor, or Business Development Executive will be preferred.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop long-term client relationships.
