We are looking for energetic, customer-focused Sales Executives who are passionate about fashion and delivering an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable products and upsell complementary items.
- Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness.
- Assist customers with product selection, sizes, and billing.
- Handle POS billing and digital/cash payments.
- Manage stock, replenishment, and inventory checks.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Follow company policies and maintain a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th) or above.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales is preferred.
- Freshers are also welcome.
- Good communication skills in Telugu; knowledge of Hindi and English is an added advantage.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
- Willingness to work weekends and retail shift timings.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and billing systems is preferred.
