Blynk Virtual Technologies Private Limited, operating under the brand BlynkEx, is a registered virtual digital asset service provider based in Bhopal. We operate a peer-to-peer digital asset platform, facilitating secure buy and sell transactions across multiple exchange platforms.
Role Summary
The Relationship Executive is the primary point of contact for our clients. The role focuses on building trust, maintaining active client relationships, and ensuring a smooth, responsive experience across every transaction. Strong communication and consistency matter more than prior industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for client queries and requests.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support retention.
- Respond to client messages promptly and professionally across chat and other channels.
- Coordinate with Operations and KYC teams to resolve client requests.
- Follow up with clients to ensure a smooth transaction experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and shift logs.
- Identify and escalate client concerns or discrepancies per SOP.
- Complete shift handover documentation at the close of each shift.
- Follow all internal compliance, reporting, and data-handling protocols.
Requirements
- 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency — typing, chat platforms, and spreadsheets.
- A polite, patient, and client-focused approach.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shift.
- Reliability and consistent attendance.
- Freshers are welcome; full training is provided.
Shift Timings (rotational)
- Morning: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Evening: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- Night: 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
