The Brand Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and strengthening the Digital Nest brand across all customer touchpoints. This role focuses on developing brand strategy, ensuring consistent brand communication, and executing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, trust, and positioning in the market.
Develop and execute long-term brand strategy aligned with company goals.- Define brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all channels.
Plan and execute brand campaigns across digital and offline platforms.- Work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and optimize strategies.
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure compliance across teams.- Review marketing materials to ensure brand consistency.
Conduct market research to understand audience behavior and competitors.- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand perception and engagement.
Work with marketing, sales, HR, and leadership teams to drive brand initiatives.- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
