Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Associate with prior experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling guest interactions, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage room reservations and bookings
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
- Maintain records and update guest information in the system
- Handle phone calls and emails professionally
- Ensure front desk area is clean and well-organized
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Hotels/Resorts (Mandatory)
- Good communication skills (English & Regional Language preferred)
- Pleasing personality and professional appearance
- Basic knowledge of hotel management software
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Strong customer service attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
