AJ Tutorials is hiring a target-driven Admission Sales Executive (BDE) responsible for lead generation, student counseling, and admission conversion through both office work and on-field activities.
This is a performance-based role where the candidate will actively generate leads and convert them into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation (Most Important Role)
- Generate daily new leads through:
- School & college visits
- Society / area visits (door-to-door interaction)
- Seminars & admission campaigns
- References & local networking
- Collect and maintain student database (name, number, class, school)
- Ensure daily lead targets are achieved
Office Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in inquiries & counseling
- Manage calls, WhatsApp & online leads
- Explain courses, fees & admission process
- Maintain lead follow-up system
- Convert leads into confirmed admissions
Field / Site Responsibilities
- Visit schools, coaching areas, societies, and public spots
- Distribute pamphlets, brochures, banners
- Conduct seminars and small events
- Build network with teachers, agents, and local influencers
Targets & KPIs
- Daily: Lead generation target
- Weekly: Follow-up & conversion tracking
- Monthly: Admission target achievement
Required Skills
- Strong communication & convincing ability
- Confidence in direct face-to-face interaction
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Energetic, proactive, and street-smart approach
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp)
Eligibility
- BBA / MBA / Graduate (any stream)
- Freshers can apply (training provided)
- Field sales / education sales experience preferred
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month
- High performance-based incentives (per admission)
- Growth to Senior BDE / Manager
