Summary:
As a Data Engineer, your typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support data generation, collection, and processing activities. You will be responsible for creating efficient data pipelines that facilitate smooth data flow and ensure the highest standards of data quality. Your role includes implementing extract, transform, and load processes to enable seamless migration and deployment of data across various systems. You will work closely with different teams to optimize data handling and contribute to the overall data infrastructure, ensuring reliable and scalable data operations throughout the organization.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve data-related challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to workflows.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to promote continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align data engineering activities with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in MicroStrategy Business Intelligence, Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Strong expertise in designing and optimizing data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Experience in ensuring data quality through validation, cleansing, and transformation techniques.
- Ability to work with large datasets and implement scalable data solutions.
- Familiarity with data integration and migration strategies across diverse platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in MicroStrategy Business Intelligence.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
