HR GERNALIST
HUMAN RESOURCE
· Involved in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
. Attendence, Salary calculations, Knowledge of bonus, ESIC and PF calculations.
· Administer compensation and benefit plans.
· Conduct employee on boarding, induction and help plan training & development.
· Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
· Handling overall general management
· Maintain employee data on a day-today basis.
· Organize Employee Engagement activities
· Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
· Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
· Undertake tasks in performance management.
· Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
· Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form Requirements.
· Proven experience as HR Generalist.
· Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
· Good knowledge of employment/labor laws outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus.
· Excellent communication and people skills.
· Aptitude in problem-solving Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
· Additional HR training will be a plus
· Attendance Process
· Implement HR systems and processes and revamp, if required
· Be the source of contact between employee and the management.
· Ensure Safety of workers & cleanliness in the factory (put up signage’s)
· Process for each department to be revised and implemented
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
