Job Title: Creative Strategist

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Creative Strategist who can transform business objectives into compelling brand narratives and impactful campaign ideas. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, conceptual creativity, and strong communication skills to develop integrated campaigns across mainline and digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency and be comfortable working on premium real estate brands. You will be responsible for crafting campaign concepts, developing brand communication strategies, creating impactful marketing collaterals, and presenting creative ideas directly to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative strategies and communication frameworks for premium real estate brands.
- Conceptualize campaign themes, brand narratives, taglines, and positioning ideas.
- Create mood boards, communication routes, campaign concepts, and creative directions for launches and brand campaigns.
- Write and conceptualize content for: Brochures and project presentations, Hoardings and outdoor advertising, Newspaper ads and print campaigns, Banners, standees, and sales office branding, Event branding and launch communication, Project naming and tagline development.
- Develop persuasive pitch decks, creative proposals, and campaign presentations.
- Present creative concepts, communication strategies, and campaign ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy discussions.
- Develop content direction for social media campaigns and mainline advertisements.
- Write scripts for promotional videos, brand films, project walkthroughs, and digital campaigns.
- Study premium real estate marketing trends to create differentiated campaign ideas.
- Continuously explore innovative storytelling formats and creative approaches.
- Work closely with designers, art directors, video teams, and account managers to execute campaigns.
- Handle and lead creative strategy team for smooth campaign execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2–8 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, or branding agency.
- Strong experience in conceptualizing campaigns for mainline advertising and marketing collaterals.
- Proven ability to create brochures, hoarding copy, print ads, brand presentations, and campaign communication.
- Experience in developing client pitch decks and presenting creative ideas confidently.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of branding, consumer psychology, and strategic communication.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
