· Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls
· Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
· Present company products/services to potential clients
· Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
· Prepare proposals, quotations, and basic presentations
· Coordinate with technical and operations teams for client requirements
· Follow up on leads, negotiations, and closures
· Maintain CRM records and sales reports
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis
