The Pre-Sales Executive in real estate is responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales team by engaging potential buyers before site visits or final sales closure. This role focuses on initial customer interaction, information sharing, and pipeline building.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options
- Schedule site visits for the sales team
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
- Follow up regularly with leads to nurture interest
- Provide detailed information about projects (pricing, location, amenities, etc.)
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaigns and lead flow
- Achieve daily/weekly lead generation and conversion targets
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,258.91 per month
