Job Summary:
Shanti Asiatic School, Jaipur is seeking a qualified, passionate, and experienced PGT Physics Teacher to teach Physics to students of Classes XI and XII (CBSE Curriculum). The candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and a commitment to fostering scientific thinking and academic excellence among students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics to Classes XI and XII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, practical sessions, and assessment materials.
- Conduct laboratory experiments and ensure proper maintenance of laboratory records and equipment.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, examinations, projects, and practical assessments.
- Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students.
- Identify learning gaps and implement remedial measures to improve student outcomes.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, workshops, and school events.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and academic progress.
- Support the school's vision, values, and academic objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree (M.Sc.) in Physics from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience as a PGT Physics in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Strong command over Physics concepts and CBSE Board examination requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and smart classroom technologies.
