Role Overview
We're seeking a creative and tech-savvy Motion Graphics & AI Video Specialist who can craft polished animations and visual effects while also leveraging AI video/image generation tools to speed up and elevate content production. This role suits someone who's equally comfortable in traditional motion design software and experimenting with the latest AI creative tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and animate motion graphics for social media, ad campaigns, and client projects
- Create visual effects, transitions, and title sequences for video content
- Use AI video/image generation tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, or similar) to produce and enhance creative content
- Blend AI-generated assets seamlessly with traditional footage and motion graphics
- Collaborate with video editors, designers, and content teams to bring concepts to life
- Stay current with emerging AI tools, plugins, and techniques in the motion/video space
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Ensure all output aligns with brand guidelines and client briefs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Animation, Motion Design, Multimedia, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in motion graphics and/or video production (agency experience preferred)
- Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Hands-on experience with AI video/image generation tools and a strong interest in AI-driven creative workflows
- Strong sense of timing, animation principles, and visual storytelling
- Ability to experiment and problem-solve with new/emerging tools
- A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating both motion graphics and AI-assisted work

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
