Key Responsibilities (We will train you on all of this!):
- Platform Management: Learn to upload, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, and pricing) on our website and marketplaces.
- Inventory Monitoring: Keep track of stock levels and coordinate with our warehouse team to ensure products are available for customers.
- Order Processing: Oversee the daily flow of customer orders, ensuring they are processed smoothly and shipped on time.
- Campaign Support: Assist the marketing team in setting up online discounts, sales, and seasonal promotions.
- Performance Tracking: Learn how to use data analytics tools to track website traffic and sales, helping us understand what our customers love.
