About the Role
The Healthy Binge is seeking a proactive and responsible Machine Maintenance Operator to support machine maintenance activities, coordinate repairs, and ensure smooth functioning of production equipment. The ideal candidate should possess basic technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and a willingness to learn in a food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor machine performance and identify maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians and external vendors for machine repairs and servicing.
- Report machine breakdowns and follow up for timely resolution.
- Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and breakdown reports.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Ensure machines are operating safely and efficiently.
- Support spare parts tracking and maintenance planning.
- Follow GMP, food safety, and workplace safety requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- ITI Certificate in Mechanical, Fitter, Electrician, Wireman, Turner, or relevant trade.
- Fresher candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain records and follow up on maintenance activities.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
