REMOTE TELECALLER – WORK FROM HOME
Job Type: Part-Time and Full-Time
Work Location: Remote / Work From Home
We are hiring Tele caller for remote work opportunities.
IMPORTANT LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT
GUJARATI LANGUAGE IS MANDATORY FOR THIS POSITION.
Candidates MUST be able to speak Gujarati fluently. Candidates who cannot speak Gujarati will NOT be considered for this role.
POSITION 1: PART-TIME TELECALLER
Working Hours: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Working Hours: 4 hours per day
Salary: Rs. 6,000 per month + Incentives
Mobile Reimbursement: Rs. 250 per month

POSITION 2: FULL-TIME TELECALLER
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary: Rs. 10,000 per month + Incentives
Mobile Reimbursement: Rs. 250 per month

ELIGIBILITY
Graduate
Gujarati language is mandatory
Laptop is mandatory
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Work from Home
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Make outbound calls to customers and communicate information clearly
Handle customer queries over the phone
Follow up with customers as required
Maintain basic customer records and updates
Support customer communication and coordination
REQUIRED SKILLS
Fluent Gujarati communication is mandatory
Good verbal communication skills
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
Basic computer and laptop knowledge
Good follow-up and customer-handling skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
