Job Summary
The Director Brand Marketing is a leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand and marketing strategies. The role focuses on enhancing market presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and driving business growth through integrated marketing efforts.
- Key Responsibilities-
- Develop and implement branding and marketing strategies to promote MSMs international education programs and services
- Identify target audiences and design campaigns for domestic and international markets
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, and videos
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Build and maintain partnerships across private and government entities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and student feedback to refine strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams such as admissions and student services for consistent messaging
- Represent the organization at national and international events and conferences
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team
- Stay updated on industry trends, especially in international education
- Build strong relationships with media, agents, and partners
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across channels like social media, email, and PPC
- Oversee digital assets including website content, landing pages, and online campaigns
- Qualifications Skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Masters preferred
- 12 years of experience in senior marketing roles, focusing on brand strategy
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities
- Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, tools, and technologies
