Your job responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming Guests:Greet people when they come to the hotel.
- Check-in and Check-out:Help guests when they arrive and leave the hotel.
- Answer Phone Calls:Pick up calls and give information about rooms or bookings.
- Help with Bookings:Book rooms for guests and tell them the prices.
- Answer Questions:Help guests if they need any information or have problems.
- Keep Records:Write down the details of people who stay in the hotel.
- Give Room Keys:Hand out keys to guests when they check in.
- Take Payments:Collect money from guests for their stay or other services.
- Baggage Assistance: If required baggage Assistance for the guests is to be provided
