We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Executive to connect with dealers and customers over phone, explain our product offers, and build strong business relationships. The role involves reaching out to potential dealers, communicating product benefits and current offers, and encouraging them to visit our office or place orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Call dealers and potential customers to introduce company products and offers
- Explain product benefits clearly and answer basic queries
- Encourage dealers to visit the office or proceed with purchases
- Maintain regular follow-ups with dealers and customers
- Achieve calling and sales targets through effective communication
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Confidence in speaking with dealers and customers over phone
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing communication
- Ability to build and maintain dealer relationships.
- Salary will be performance-based. High performers can earn higher incentives based on targets and results.
