Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of the store during assigned shift
- Willing to work across any store in Chennai
- Flexible to travel within Chennai
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Prepare weekly staff rosters and allocate manpower efficiently
- Handle inventory management, stock monitoring, and replenishment
- Ensure product availability and coordinate stock movement
- Maintain store hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Can lead from the front and energize the team during busy operations
- Is proactive, dependable, and calm under pressure
- Can adapt to changing business needs and operational priorities
Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP systems or inventory software.
Knowledge of stock auditing and documentation.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Any Graduate
0–12 years of experience in stores, inventory.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
