Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's training and e-learning platform to individuals, businesses and organizations.
- Identify new customers and business opportunities across India.
- Meet potential clients, understand their training needs, and present suitable solutions.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings.
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
- 25 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Experience in selling training solutions, e-learning platforms, SaaS products, or B2B services will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Street-smart, confident, and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to travel across India as required.
- Good relationship-building and networking skills.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
