About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Fitout Coordinator to manage and oversee tenant fit-out activities, ensuring compliance with project standards, safety requirements, and operational guidelines.
What You'll Do:
Key Responsibilities :-
Control, monitor, and regulate all fit-out activities within the property/project.
Review and process fit-out applications, drawings, and approvals as per established guidelines.
Conduct site inspections and monitor ongoing fit-out works to ensure compliance with approved plans and safety standards.
Coordinate with tenants, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout the fit-out lifecycle.
Identify and manage fit-out violations, ensuring timely corrective actions and adherence to project regulations.
Track project progress and ensure fit-out works are completed within approved timelines.
Maintain fit-out documentation, approvals, inspection records, and compliance reports.
Facilitate fit-out completion inspections and ensure proper closure of all observations and punch points.
Ensure smooth handover and closure of completed fit-out units.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Experience in Fit-out Coordination, Facility Management, Property Management, Construction, or Real Estate Projects.
Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, tenant coordination, site supervision, and compliance management.
