Job Summary
Prabal Motors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in business development within the automobile or commercial vehicle industry and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners, transporters, and corporate customers.
- Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations on the company's products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and Finance teams to ensure seamless customer support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up of enquiries and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities as required.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate / BBA / MBA (Marketing or related discipline preferred)
- Experience: 3–5 years in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the Automobile or Commercial Vehicle industry.
- Experience in handling fleet customers and B2B sales will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Good presentation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively for field work.
