About the Role
Aracot Construction is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote and expand the market presence of our building material products, including Tiles, Sanitary Ware, Paints, and Bath Fittings. The ideal candidate should have strong networking abilities, market knowledge, and experience in developing business relationships within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and generate sales for Tiles, Sanitary Ware, Paints, Bath Fittings, and other construction-related products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Builders, Contractors, Dealers, and Retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach and Generate the Leads.
- Conduct regular market visits, project visits, and customer meetings.
- Follow up on ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in marketing or sales of Tiles, Sanitary Ware, Paints, Bath Fittings, or Building Materials.
- Strong network with Architects, Builders, Contractors, and Dealers.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into business.
- Knowledge of local construction and real estate markets.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in project sales and institutional sales will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English and local languages will be preferred.
- Candidate with an existing network in the construction industry will be given preference.
