Customer Support Executive – US Voice Process (Upselling)

Shift: 9-hour shift (US timings)
Working Days: 6 days a week (Sundays off)
Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals for our US Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, assisting customers with their queries, and actively identifying opportunities to upsell services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions via voice calls in a professional manner
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Upsell services to existing customers
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales and performance targets
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Prior experience in US voice process or upselling is preferred
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in night shifts (US timings)
