About the Role
Caspian Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd., the PMC arm of Group Mukkadan, is looking for a seasoned and strategic Vice President – Finance to lead the organization's finance function and serve as a key business partner to the Managing Director. The role requires a finance leader with extensive experience in infrastructure, construction, real estate, and project financing, capable of driving financial strategy, fundraising, business growth, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Managing Director and leadership team in strategic planning, business expansion, and investment decisions.
- Lead fundraising, project finance, debt syndication, capital structuring, and investor relations for large-scale infrastructure and commercial development projects.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and present business proposals, project feasibility studies, financial models, investment memorandums, and Board presentations.
- Lead annual budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, MIS reporting, and performance monitoring across all business verticals.
- Oversee treasury operations, working capital management, cash flow planning, and fund utilization.
- Monitor project profitability, capital expenditure, financial risks, and return on investment.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, audits, GST, TDS, corporate governance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Provide financial leadership in commercial negotiations, contract reviews, procurement decisions, and business transactions.
- Establish robust internal controls, risk management systems, and financial governance practices.
- Lead, mentor, and manage Finance Managers, Functional Heads, Managers, and Team Leaders across multiple infrastructure, real estate, and project development verticals.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with project, engineering, commercial, procurement, and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
- Build high-performance teams and strengthen organizational capability through leadership development and succession planning.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
- MBA (Finance), CMA, or equivalent qualifications will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 15–25 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts, with at least 8–10 years in senior leadership roles.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
