About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Scientist with strong LC-MS expertise to work on advanced biopharmaceutical research, particularly in antibody and peptide characterization. This role also involves mentoring junior researchers and contributing to collaborative scientific projects.
Key Responsibilities
· Independently design, execute, and troubleshoot LC-MS experiments
· Perform advanced analyses including:
- Peptide mapping
- Intact mass analysis
- Glycosylation profiling of recombinant proteins and peptides
· Operate and maintain LC-MS systems (Agilent BioQToF / Shimadzu Triple Quadrupole)
· Collaborate with Ph.D. scholars on research projects
· Train interns and junior researchers on LC-MS workflows
· Interpret complex datasets and prepare scientific reports
· Ensure compliance with GLP/GMP and documentation standards
Requirements
· M.Sc. / M.Tech in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field with 4–6 years of LC-MS experience
OR
· Ph.D. in a relevant field with 1–2 years of hands-on LC-MS experience
· Strong experience in mass spectrometry-based characterization of recombinant proteins and peptides
· Ability to work independently in a research-driven, regulated environment*
