Job Title: Manager – HR Business Partner (Individual Contributor)

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Manager – HR Business Partner (HRBP) to independently manage end-to-end HR functions. This role involves overseeing recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, performance management, and statutory compliance, while partnering closely with business leaders to drive organisational effectiveness and ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (End-to-End Recruitment)
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selection.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand and fulfil hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Implement efficient hiring strategies to reduce time-to-fill and improve hiring quality.
2. HR Operations & Payroll Management
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HRIS data.
- Manage onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
3. HR Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to support organisational and people strategies.
- Drive performance management processes and goal-setting initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
- Support workforce planning and organisational design.
4. Learning & Development
- Identify training and development needs across teams.
- Coordinate and implement internal and external learning programs.
5. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.
6. Policy, Audit & Compliance
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and support internal/external audits.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, MIS, and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 6–10 years of overall HR experience, with at least 4 years in an HRBP role.
- Strong exposure to end-to-end recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
