We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Officer to drive sales growth, expand market reach, and strengthen our distribution network.
Job Summary
The Senior Sales Officer will be responsible for managing sales operations within the assigned territory, developing new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and leading the sales team to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee sales activities in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Achieve sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely order processing, product availability, and payment collections.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular market feedback to management.
- Implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
- Experience in FMCG, bakery, food products, or related industries preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of the local market and distribution network.
- Ability to manage a team and drive performance.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Graduate preferred.
