Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential customers, building strong client relationships, and driving consistent revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
* Proactively identify and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and targeted outreach.
* Schedule high-impact product demonstrations, discovery meetings, and presentations with prospective clients.
* Maintain absolute data integrity by updating lead statuses, pipeline metrics, and daily activities within our CRM system.
Client Consultation & Relationship Building
* Act as a trusted advisor to understand customer pain points and recommend tailored solutions.
* Nurture strong, long-term relationships with both new prospects and existing accounts.
* Deliver professional sales proposals, quotations, and product documentation efficiently.
Collaboration & Execution
* Partner closely with the marketing and product teams to optimize lead-generation campaigns.
* Actively resolve customer inquiries by coordinating with internal support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
* Education: BCom, BCA, B.Sc, BBA, MBA, or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, client relations, or customer service. *Highly motivated freshers are encouraged to apply.*
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural flair for negotiation and persuasion.
* Tools: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and an eagerness to master modern sales tools.
Preferred Qualifications
