Production Supervisor - (sheet metal enclosure manufacturing)
Production Supervisor oversees day to day manufacturing operations and ensuring production targets are met efficiently. He should manage production schedules, optimizing equipment usage such as laser, bending, welding ,powder coating process and controlling costs.
Experience :
Minimum work experience should be 8-15 years in manufacturing industry .
Experience in sheet metal enclosure manufacturing industry.
Ability to read fabrication & GA drawings.
Production planning and workflow coordination.
Quality monitoring.
Coordination with design and production teams.
Knowledge of laser cutting, bending, welding and powder coating processes.
Lead, train, and manage staff to ensure operational efficiency.
Develop a safe work environment and maintain it .
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Indusial Engineering or related field.
Software knowledge: Must have strong experience in software skills in SOLIDWORKS & AUTOCAD designing and able to lead the R&D team to design new equipment’s with advice of the management requirements.
Core Technical exp: Knowledge of sheet metal, SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD.
