Aifer Education, Kerala’s leading institute for competitive exam coaching, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Lead to drive admissions, lead the sales team, and strengthen our student outreach initiatives.
*Role Highlights:*
* Lead and guide the admissions & sales team to achieve targets
* Drive student enquiries, conversions, and admission growth
* Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies
* Coordinate with Marketing, Academic, and Operations teams
* Build strong relationships with prospective students and stakeholders
Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in leading sales teams
* Experience in EdTech or service sector will be preferred
* Strong leadership, communication, and conversion skills
Location: Chevayur, Calicut
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday (Second Saturday & Sundays Off)
