Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and well‑spoken Office Admin cum Receptionist who can manage day‑to‑day office operations and confidently handle cold calling to property owners, buyers, and agents to generate quick business.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communication, organization, and being the face of a fast‑growing real estate tech company.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management — Greeting visitors, attending calls, maintaining a professional office environment.
- Office Administration — Handling documentation, scheduling, filing, vendor coordination, and basic accounting entries.
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation — Calling property owners, agents, and buyers to promote listings and generate leads.
- Client Coordination — Following up with clients, sharing property details, and updating inquiry status.
- Listing Support — Assisting in uploading property details, images, and verifying information.
- WhatsApp & Email Communication — Sending property details, responding to inquiries, and maintaining communication logs.
- Basic CRM/Portal Handling — Updating leads, inquiries, and property information in the system.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Confident on phone calls with a pleasant and professional tone.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp Web, and email handling.
- Prior experience in real estate, telecalling, or admin roles is an added advantage.
