We are looking for dynamic and hardworking Sales & Collection Executives for our Daily Loan Product. The role involves customer acquisition, loan sourcing, daily installment collection, and customer relationship management. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new customers and achieve sales targets.
- Explain loan products and complete customer documentation.
- Collect daily loan installments from assigned customers.
- Follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely recovery.
- Maintain collection records and submit daily reports.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Field work experience preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
