About the role
As a Venue Operations Officer, you will support the delivery of best practice operations across key Stadium and Major Event venues including the Coffs Coast Sport and Leisure Park Precinct, C.ex Coffs International Stadium, and Wiigulga Sports Complex. This hands-on role plays a key part in ensuring events and daily operations run smoothly while delivering high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
You'll assist with venue setup and operations, maintain high safety standards, support event delivery and ensure facilities meet operational requirements. The role also involves engaging with community members, event organisers and contractors, contributing to a positive experience for all users of our venues.

About you
You bring experience in venue operations across sporting, community or commercial environments, along with a strong customer service mindset. You are a collaborative team player who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. You demonstrate sound judgement, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. A commitment to safety, professionalism and continuous improvement is essential, along with the flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends. A current Class C Drivers Licence is required, and relevant qualifications or tickets (such as RSA, First Aid or White Card) will be highly regarded.

Competitive Salary (from $31.85 per hour) depending on your capabilities and experience + 25% casual loading + 12% superannuation
