Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Process / BPO
- Experience dealing with US customers is mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent English communication with a professional accent
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling abilities
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
