Flyers is a manufacturer and fast-growing E-commerce brand. We manufacture and sell our own fashion products on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Ajio.
*Role Overview*
We are looking for a detail-oriented *MIS Executive* to manage daily reports, data analysis, and support our E-commerce operations. This is a great role for someone who is good with Excel and wants to grow in an E-commerce company.
*Key Responsibilities*
- *MIS & Reporting:* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for sales, inventory, ads, returns, and P&L for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra
- *Data Management:* Collect, clean, and organize data from marketplaces and internal tools
- *Excel & Dashboard:* Create and maintain Excel sheets, pivot tables, charts, and dashboards for management
- *Inventory & Order Tracking:* Track stock levels, order status, and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team
- *Analysis:* Identify trends, gaps, and provide insights to improve sales and reduce costs
- *Coordination:* Work with Account Manager, Ads, and Operations team to ensure data accuracy
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
- *Must have strong Excel skills* - VLOOKUP, Pivot, Formulas, Charts
- 1-3 years experience in MIS, Data Entry, or Reporting role preferred
- Basic knowledge of E-commerce marketplaces is a plus
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
