We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing sales data, monitoring team performance, and ensuring accurate reporting of targets, incentives, and performance bonuses. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to support business decision-making through effective MIS systems and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales performance
Track and analyze sales team target achievements and variances
Manage incentive calculations, performance bonuses, and related data accuracy
Develop dashboards and reports for management review
Ensure timely and accurate data collection from various departments
Identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas in sales performance
Coordinate with sales and finance teams for data validation and reporting
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality
Eligibility Criteria:
Master’s Degree in Management (MBA or equivalent)
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in MIS, preferably in sales-driven or trading industry
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, data analysis, and reporting tools
Good understanding of sales processes, incentive structures, and performance metrics
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Skills:
Experience in mobile trading or similar fast-paced industry
Knowledge of advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS dashboards)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
