Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Academic Counselor Trainee to support student communication, admissions coordination, and customer engagement activities. The ideal candidate should possess good communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student and customer inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Provide information regarding educational programs and career opportunities
- Follow up with prospective candidates and maintain records
- Support admission and onboarding activities
- Coordinate with academic and support teams
- Schedule appointments and maintain follow-up communication
- Maintain professional communication with students and parents
