Job Description:
We are looking for a Procurement Executive (Fresher) to support our purchase process. The candidate will assist in sourcing, vendor coordination, purchase order processing, and inventory-related activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in procurement and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing supplies
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Prepare and process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
- Maintain records of purchases, invoices, and vendor details
- Support inventory tracking and stock level monitoring
- Verify quality, quantity, and specifications of received items
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand material requirements
- Ensure timely availability of food and supply items
- Follow company procurement policies and procedures
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of food items is an advantage
- Familiarity with cutting names, item identification, and differences in food products preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
- Willingness to learn procurement and vendor management processes
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
