Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting statutory, internal, and tax audits
- Perform vouching, verification, and reconciliation of financial transactions
- Check books of accounts, ledgers, and supporting documents
- Assist in preparation of audit working papers and reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, auditing standards, and legal requirements
- Collect and analyze financial data from clients
- Support in GST, TDS, and other tax-related audits
- Identify discrepancies and report issues to seniors
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of audit records
- Assist in stock audits and physical verification when required
- Coordinate with client staff for required information and clarifications
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Accounting and Auditing principles
- Familiarity with Tally, Excel, and accounting software
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (Pursuing or completed)
- Articleship or prior audit experience (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience:
- 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)
