About Reveforge
Reveforge is a career-focused technology education startup helping students become industry-ready through AI, project-based learning, and real-world skills.
We’re building one of Kerala’s most trusted education brands, and we’re looking for a creative Content Creator & Videographer to help tell our story through engaging videos and visual content.
The Role
This is more than a videographer or social media role.
We’re looking for someone who will own Reveforge’s content creation process—from capturing real moments to producing engaging content that inspires students and builds trust.
You’ll work closely with the founders, trainers, students, and marketing team to create content that showcases our learning environment and student success stories.
If you naturally notice great moments, think in Reels, and enjoy creating content that people actually want to watch, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Shoot Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook videos.
- Record workshops, campus activities, seminars, and student events.
- Edit engaging short-form videos for social media.
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments.
- Record trainer sessions and AI demonstrations.
- Take professional photos for social media and branding.
- Create captions, subtitles, and basic motion graphics.
- Organize and maintain the content library.
- Work closely with the marketing agency by providing edited content for publishing.
- Plan and contribute ideas for weekly content.

- Campus tour videos
- Workshop highlights
- Behind-the-scenes content
- Trainer introduction videos
- Educational AI content
Skills & Qualifications
Required
- Experience shooting videos using a smartphone or DSLR.
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, VN, or similar).
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and social media trends.
- Basic photography skills.
- Creative storytelling ability.
- Ability to shoot high-quality vertical videos.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred
- Canva
- Motion graphics
- Drone videography (optional)
- Experience creating content for startups or educational brands
Equipment
Candidates should own or be comfortable using:
- Smartphone capable of recording 1080p/4K video (or DSLR/Mirrorless camera)
- Laptop for editing
- Basic microphone (preferred)
- Gimbal (preferred but not mandatory)
Work Mode
- Hybrid (Edappal + Remote)
- Some travel required for workshops and college events.

Interview Process
Shortlisted candidates will complete a practical task:
30-Minute Content Challenge
Shoot and edit one 30-second Reel inside the Reveforge office.
