Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced and detail-oriented SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to improve online visibility, increase organic traffic, and drive conversions. This role requires a strong understanding of search engine optimization, web analytics, content management systems, and social media management to optimize our digital presence across various platforms.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings across major search engines such as Google and Bing.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
- Manage and optimize website content using WordPress and other content management systems, ensuring metadata, HTML tags, and structured data are properly implemented.
- Utilize SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz to monitor performance, conduct site audits, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Perform technical SEO audits focusing on website architecture, CSS, JavaScript, HTML, and site speed optimization.
- Build high-quality backlinks through strategic link building campaigns to enhance domain authority.
- Use Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager to analyze web traffic data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate actionable insights.
- Optimize landing pages for conversion through A/B testing, UX improvements, and content enhancements.
- Manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate with content creators to develop compelling content aligned with SEO best practices for blogs, product pages, and e-commerce platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in SEO, SEM, web analytics, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing tools to continuously refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO, SEM, web analytics, or digital marketing roles.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and metadata optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Familiarity with conversion optimization techniques and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Ability to perform keyword research effectively using various tools.
- Experience managing social media campaigns for brand growth.
- Knowledge of web analytics best practices for tracking user behavior and campaign performance.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams effectively.
