Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Academic Counsellors. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students and professionals regarding educational programs, addressing their queries, and assisting them through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through calls, emails, and messages.
- Explain course details, program benefits, and career opportunities.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Assist candidates throughout the admission and enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries and admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
